I believe in the importance of the cross in the Jesus story. It is not my intention to pull any punches on your behalf but to say how I see it. I was taught to defend a dogma, not engage a conversation, that kept me from being open to new ways of seeing things for much of my life. I hope you will see in this message why we may be at cross purposes.
