We explore the thought that comes up often in Christian groups: Should everyone who is a person of faith have the Belief talent in their top 5 talent themes? Short answer: No! The talent theme may have connections to faith for people of faith with Belief in their top 5, but it is not a religious or faith-based talent theme (those don't exist).  Instead, t
