Getting diagnosed with a condition that has something to do with psychology is not that easy - we are all sometimes a bit bipolar or a bit ADHD. Also, different countries have a completely different approach to adult ADHD - from the US where it is massively overdiagnosed, to some more laid-back cultures that don't pay much attention to it. Here I share a lot of my personal experience with adult ADHD - how to recognize the symptoms, what kind of doctor to visit, is it possible to outgrow ADHD if you've had it as a child, and if medication eliminates only the negative traits while keeping the good ones.
