Brad Krewson, Marketing Manager for Davidson Homes, joins the Atlanta Real Estate Forum podcast to discuss exciting opportunities in the metro Atlanta real estate market and upcoming 2022 developments. Krewson has been a part of the homebuilding industry since 2015 when he was employed with Century Communities, a top home builder since 2002. After two years, he was promoted to marketing manager with Century Complete, previously Wade Jurney Homes. In 2017, he connected with Christy Duriez, the director of sales and marketing at Davidson Homes, and was recruited to market the new Davidson Homes communities in metro Atlanta. Davidson Homes was founded in 2009 by Adam Davidson at the age of 24 in Huntsville, Alabama. Starting with just two homes, the company took off and experienced a surge in 2012 when it decided to open in several markets.
