Pop Culture Rewind

In this episode, Travis and X put the spotlight on Guillermo Del Toro and Ron Perlman as they take a look back at the Hellboy movie franchise. They start off by going over how Del Toro got his start in Hollywood, his films leading up to the first Hellboy, the passion and patience he had for getting the movie off the ground, how he helped out Perlman with his early career and the friendship formed from it. They go into detail with the first film, discuss the characters, the actors, the makeup and visuals, and what went wrong with the plot of the film.
