Usually when we're hiring somebody, we're looking for someone with specific knowledge and experience. Someone who knows the answers. The problem with that is, if you think you know the answer already, you tend to stop looking. There may well be different and possibly even better answers out there. Maybe it's not the actual knowing that really matters. After all, with so much information open and available to all of us these days, anyone who really wants to know the answer, can probably find it.
