Real Estate is undoubtedly going to be impacted by this current crisis. But it may not all be negative. The CEO of Zillow recently suggested that we will go through a 'right-sizing' in real estate. Some will want bigger homes so they can have the family all together. Others will want smaller homes to reduce their mortgage. Still others will want to move out of the cities.
