Reflection is great. Regret can be crippling. I would argue that without looking back, without reflecting on what worked and what didn't, without some analysis of what's come before you, your chances of success today are limited. But the danger of reflecting too much is that you can be drawn in to focussing on what you've lost.  Your success will be dependant upon, at least to some degree, how well you can manage that fine line between Reflection...and Regret. #reflection #regret #perspective
