First thoughts on the State of Spa Nation here... - 48% of Spa Operators expect business to get worse, not better - there have been more Spa Closings than Spa Openings in the last year - rising competition, increasing costs, labour shortages & failure to attract younger clientele are the main areas of concern in short, the China Spa Market appears to be reaching maturity.
