Opening Day is just a few weeks away and rosters are almost set for the 2019 regular season. Back from spring training, Bobby and Paul go through the NL East to take a look at the additions and subtractions made by each team and determine if their offseasons made them better, the same or worse. Then, we compare the PECOTA projections to our own and try to predict how the division will finish at the end of the season.
