You won’t be blown away by wind this morning, but it is still very cold out for most of the rest of this week. The cold hasn’t stopped Joe from looking ahead to next week, where (provided the meteorologists are correct) we may see 60 degrees. America’s darling Dolly Parton has received her first dose of the moderna vaccine that she herself helped finance.
