Early Edition With Joe Mathieu

Good morning and welcome to Wednesday from Joe Mathieu and the GBH Morning Edition crew. We’re questioning whether anyone in our audience actually got sleep last night after witnessing the first Presidential debate of the 2020 election. Train wreck and dumpster fire are some of the phrases used by analysts to describe the bickering we watched. Most of our team went to bed and woke up early to watch it on tape, and that seemed to be the right move for consuming what Joe described as a televised shot of espresso.
