Early Edition With Joe Mathieu

Hello and welcome to Tuesday from Joe Mathieu and the WGBH Morning Edition team. Governor Baker has a plan, and it looks like we’re close to it finally coming to fruition. It’s a four part phased plan that begins with very strict rules in phase one, but its the first sign that Massachusetts businesses may soon be able to open again. Joe will miss his favorite Gelato spot in Chestnut Hill, which announced it won’t be re-opening as “the new normal” doesn’t fit their business model very well. And the President was challenged about testing numbers during his availability yesterday, resulting of course in him storming off the stage. Same story, different day.
