Welcome to Wednesday from Joe Mathieu and the Early Edition team. We hope winter didn’t catch you with your guard down, it returned this morning and certainly seemed to surprise some of the road crews out there. We’ll catch you up on the road conditions and forecast. President Trump held a rally in Pennsylvania last night and we’ll try and decipher some of his anecdotes.
