Before this role, she held an agency position working on various CPG brands such as Procter & Gamble and Hershey. Craving something new, Rogiers wanted to switch to a more client-based role. While building her own home with Fischer Homes, Rogiers developed a meaningful relationship with her sales counselor and today, she is the company’s marketing manager!
