We are feeling ready! We have stocked our motivation with books and podcasts and tedtalks, and we have our sneakers on and we are READY So what do we do?? It is normal to start making a list of all the changes we want to make and pursue a massive overhaul of all the things we want to see changed. This is NOT the sustainable way to make change.
