It’s the Weight Loss for Foodies podcast’s one year anniversary! I started this podcast because I struggled with eating and my weight for most of my life. When I discovered how to lose weight and keep it off without dieting  (with the help of my weight coaches), and made peace with eating, I became passionate about spreading the word to anyone who was interested in learning. I’ve heard back from many listeners who have jumped off the diet hamster wheel and learn to eat mindfully, stop emotional eating and lose weight.
