North Georgia Land was created in 1993 after Carlisle learned industry and business practices from Property Systems Corporation. During this period, Carlisle had a brief opportunity to work with Scott Hudgens, a visionary builder and developer in Atlanta responsible for the construction of Mall of Georgia, Gwinnett Place Mall and more.
