As you discover and learn who Christ is the more you learn who you are, as you learn his purpose you learn your purpose. Only through Jesus and the Word of God will you discover who you are and why you exist. Joy comes with finding who you are and what your purpose is, it gives you energy, it gives you durability, it is fruitful and satisfying. Joy doesn't have ups and downs, it is constant and sustaining and it enables you to "Finish the race." The grace has been given to you to finish because you share in His grace. He will finish what He has started in you.
