Can you believe it's already been a week since the last episode of the Real Life Podcast was recorded and released? Changing gears, Chalmers made his return to the show after missing last week's episode to recover from his 40th birthday party, and he told the story of quitting smoking, how needed his friends to help keep him accountable, and the plan to make sure he's successful.
