We want the reality of a personal relationship with Jesus not hindering old covenant religious rituals that keep us separated. The Tent of Meeting was the reality in the Old Testament where humanity met Divinity. Now, the new has come and rendered the old obsolete. Where can humanity and Divinity meet today? It is not a place anymore it is a Person. Jesus the Christ. He is the Word that became flesh and dwelt among us. There is no more work to be done. Jesus paid for it all at the cross when He said; “It is finished.” We have been bought with a great price. The new covenant is our reality now.
