In this episode Colby takes callers on airs and connects to loved ones along with some psychic advice. Colby connects to a son in spirit who confirms that the birds his mother sees are a sign from him that he is around and protecting her. He also couldn't help to mention the dishwasher she keeps promising to get! A grandmother steps in to let her granddaughter know how much she loves her and before Colby hangs up a call, a father steps in for the caller's husband. He mentions the significance of a wallet and ring and wishes his son a very Happy Birthday as today is his birthday! Colby also takes a caller on air who swears she's happy in her position until a grandmother steps forward to remind her of her singing talent and "assets" that are sure to garner the attention of a potential suitor.
