Talking through a few alternative accounts of migration decision-making among UK citizens, she highlights how choice is misleading as way of explaining migration, and how even for UK citizens who have relocated elsewhere in the EU27, that this decision is influenced by a range of factors, that include their personal circumstances, but also wider contexts of social, economic and political transformation.
