I’ll start with something that I saw Netflix post about… To be silent is to be complicit. Black lives matter. We have a platform, and we have a duty to our Black members, employees, creators and talent to speak up. I’ve not been overly vocal, for fear of getting it wrong,⠀ But I also don’t want to stay silent.⠀ I’m sure many of you can echo that sentiment.   It’s not often that I think about my own privilege as a white woman, but then again my daily life protects me from the daily fears that others live with.⠀ To be here… to be comfortable… to be podcasting… that is a privilege. To be here… to be comfortable… to have a platform… that is a privilege. To be here, to be comfortable, to feel safe… that is a privilege. But it shouldn’t just be a privilege that some can tap into. It should be for all. Equity in opportunity to create, to live and to express is deserved by all. I want to meet my vision of helping 7 billion people to live and lead their most visionary life, but we cannot do that without equality I
