When you want to change your life you will need to remain motivated and one way to do so is by having an accountability partner who will help to keep you on track with your goals. Visualisation is another way to stay positive and motivated, seeing the goal in your mind will give you a sense of direction and focus. Jen is aware that you can’t be positive all the time, but you should do the best you can as this will help to carry you through the tough times. You have to listen to your body, know what days you can push to do your best, and even what days you need to take a break. To feel and perform at your best you need proper sleep, to eat healthily and exercise. The diet doesn’t have to be restrictive or boring, you can still eat the food you enjoy, however it is important that you are mindful of how eating can affect your mood.
