Here in episode #3, we take a crack at our first faith only episode. In the spirit of starting off with a nice, easy warm-up set, we tackle the question, 'Is there really a chance that God doesn't exist?" Before we can ever ask ourselves if Christianity is the way, or if Jesus is really the answer, I think we first need to address this question. In doing so, I come at this with a whole lot of logic and a little bit of probabilities. Simply put, I'm baffled by anyone who looks at this life and concludes there is no God. To make my point, I use a few illustrations I picked up along the way and one personal experience that many of us will share.

Here in episode #2 of the podcast, we devote this segment entirely to fitness. Specifically, we leave the tactics and strategies for optimizing fat loss or maximizing performance on the shelf, and we focus strictly on getting ourselves in the right mindset for the work that lies ahead. If you don't have the 20 minutes to devote to this episode, but you still want to benefit from its content, then I can summarize for you in three words: Just do it.

The three passions that have governed my life: fitness, finance, and faith. Hence, F Cubed (in a mathematical way) was born. I grew up as an overweight, out-of-shape kid, before I discovered drug-free bodybuilding in 2000. I’ve also earned my PhD in finance, started my career as a finance professor, and now work as a derivatives trader and show host at tastytrade. Oh, and I love Jesus.
