It is my absolute honor & pleasure to welcome you back after a + 2 years break , from making this podcast. In this episode I have been blessed to have Jesper Malmberg to be brave enough to start one of those really difficult and vulnerable conversations about sex, feelings and intimacy. We'll talk about: • the possibilities that open up if we dare to be present, to feel, open up and be vulnerable and conscious in that space. • what difficult emotions we can encounter • what the consequences can be if we are not really present with ourselves and each other. • how sex can disconnect us • and much more. It is my hope that this conversation will be received with a open mind and a loving heart.
