MediaTree, a supplier focused on selling branded gift cards, has recorded year-over-year sales growth of more than 80% so far in 2025. General manager Brian Duran attributes the substantial uptick, in part, to promo distributors having to get creative for campaigns where original plans were disrupted thanks to tariffs and other supply chain issues.
