She had to find a way to deal with the stress of balancing careers in high-tech, real estate investing, and running a family business while raising two children with her husband. She almost lost her marriage as she struggled to take care of all these priorities without forgetting herself. Seeing people she knew dealing with divorce, conflicts between parents and children, and even suicide, she knew she must become more flexible and open minded to protect herself, her family and her children.
