Welcome to the first installment of BackStage with Eddie Mac! This is a spinoff of my original podcast show "Setting Stages with Eddie Mac" where I'll share my personal insight and experiences as an intimate look at how a regular guy (me) tries irregular things to overcome challenges and improve quality of life. I don't have sh*t figured out; I'm just trying to figure it out and share my process along the way! This first installment of BackStage with Eddie Mac I'll share my tips on how to run one mile a day for 30 days (and hopefully longer)! As of this episode's premier, I'll have ran one mile minimum for 33 straight days. This is a challenge that gained popularity a few years back by the likes of health bloggers, celebrities, vloggers, and even Mark Zuckerberg. Some of these individuals ran a mile for 365 days straight! I'll explain my experience so far, and the lessons I've learned in the process. Enjoy!
