Embracing Sacrificial Humiliation (2:8) When you take some time to read through Philippians 2:6-8 in it's context you learn that it is the illustration of the exhortation in Philippians 2:3-4. Jesus set aside His personal rights, joyfully. Jesus dedicated His life to serve others, personally. Jesus sacrificed His life to unite us, corporately. How are you joyfully, personally and corporately magnifying Christ's work in your local church?

Division in the Body of Christ is defeated by Christ-like submission and Christ-like compassion.
