Watchout that no one decieves you.

Two things you aren’t supposed to talk about at thanksgiving. Religion and politics.

You can die like a tenant or live like a son. There is no middle ground.

“Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea…” What mountain is he referring to?

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18

What do you want me to do for you? That's the question Jesus asked Bartimeaus. It's the question He asks you and me. Our answer to this question depends 100% on who we believe that He is.

“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Knowing that Jesus died is an important part of our faith. Understanding WHY He died is just as important.

The Disciples were standing there as broke, powerless, and unknown as when they started following Jesus. Peter asked a question that any single one of us would ask- “but what about us Jesus?

The rich young ruler asked the question all of have to ask at some point in our lives, “have I done enough?” Are you willing to ask the question now? Are you willing to listen to the answer?

There is much Gospel in the words of Jesus about being single, about being married, about being divorced or remarried. This is an often misunderstood passage. God grant us wisdom as we look at what Jesus has to say about something that affects all of us.

Is it possible to be humble and a hero at the same time?
