What is our vision for the church in the realm of inreach to the congregation? Both for 2015 and beyond we have several visions for inreach.

Jesus is not just the gentle Babe lying in a manger. He is also the victor King returning to enact justice in a wicked world. He will come back to make all things right. His return is cause for celebration in the hearts of His people.

Jesus is born as a human to express His great desire to be present with us. What should we do with His presence?

Christmas is not the beginning of Jesus. He has always existed from all eternity and He is equal with the Father. Christmas is our celebration that God came down to earth to be with us.

God has saved us so that we can proclaim His greatness to the world.

We who believe enjoy the honor of being part of the family of God, but those who reject are destined for their stubbornness and condemnation.

God wants to encourage His followers by showing us how He looks at us. We are choice and precious, stones of His temple, and holy priests.

Now that we are saved, what should we be doing with our lives?

Now that we are saved, what do we do in response?

The Word of God gives us further confidence that we are indeed saved and guaranteed heaven.

Being saved is great cause for joy. God wants us to be glad and take heart that we are His.

Peter continues the same thought about our salvation, but now focuses on the guarantee of our salvation. One of the things many Christians worry about is whether they can so royally mess their lives up that God would take away their eternal life. Peter is here to encourage us that there is nothing that can thwart God from guarding and preserving you.

Peter writes to us to let us know that how to live for the glory of God. In his opening words, he shows us how it came to be that we are saved. The triune God is the source, the reason, for our salvation. Let Him have all honor for His miraculous work.

Jesus sets a pattern for discipling His followers. A disciple is always growing, always deepening their trust in God and friendship with God. Jesus did this with His twelve; His church likewise, does this with disciples today.

God has welcomed us into an extraordinary life, not a life like we were used to before we believed, but an adventure of faith. We often do not experience it because we are content with what we have got.

When at first, God seems unfair and unresponsive, we meditate on His character and come full circle. God is always in control. He is lovingly working out His master plan for our good. We need to respond to His character.

Habakkuk wants to know if God will punish the Babylonians for invading Judah. The answer: God is always watching; His justice will be satisfied.

The prophet Habakkuk is struggling with the sin of his people and the inactivity of his God. What should we do when God does not answer our prayer? How can we feel His presence and enjoy His sovereignty when He is quiet?

Paul wraps up the letter to the Galatians challenging them to live by the grace of God rather than by our own works.
