Concerning the coronavirus pandemic and measures to be taken in the industry to deal with it, the conference was broken down into four sections: the Italian situation, safety measures by activities, the need for protective equipment and a conclusion. Though focusing on understanding the situation of the industry in Spain, a panel was also dedicated to Italy. FEPYMA Coordinator and representative to EFESME José María Compagni moderated the event, in which more than 100 participants had the opportunity to present their opinions and current difficulties. Prices for the 103 condominiums in the tower, developed by Sayan, top out at US$1.35 million. An indication of buyer enthusiasm in a market that has seen numerous towers sprout beginning around 2016, most of the units had been sold by March. In a city with high crime, the property offers 24-hr security and amenities including a residents-only bar and restaurant, a salon, a two-story gym, a private clubhouse, a daycare center and outdoor common areas. Catering to both domestic and regional markets, including Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka, the 10,000-ft2 warehouse supports field requirements, imports and inventory. It has the capacity to handle more than 10,000 orders annually, and will eventually be connected to MAX, installed in more than 120,000 elevators worldwide, to increase inventory planning accuracy. The aim is to ensure “total availability of all spare parts and optimize their logistics through analysis and processing of data collected in real time,” thyssenkrupp Elevator India CEO Manish Mehan said. The system, according to the company, results in a 10% reduction in nu
