The struggle or resistance that we are feeling right now is not rooted in the political; nor is it the fear produced by a virus. We are in a spiritual battle. Good versus evil. Light versus darkness. Freedom versus bondage. Purity versus perversion. Heaven versus hell. And this battle is taking place at the gates of power. God sent His only Son, Jesus, and declared that He be called, "Immanuel - meaning 'God with us'". He is in every detail of our lives. He is in our future and has already attained victory. In this message, Jared exhorts us to have a fearless walk with God. Jesus is the Lion of the tribe of Judah and, if He is our Lord, He lives in us. Therefore, there is a LION in us and he is roaring! God loved us first and has called us to love Him with all our heart and to love others as we love ourselves. Love should be the fruit we produce the most. John 15 details a progression of fruitfulness: 1) No fruit (Jn. 15:2a) 2) More fruit (Jn. 15:2b) 3) Much fruit (Jn. 15:5) ** What is the difference in output? Pruning and abiding!
