Washburn Student Media Host Avash Manander sits down with Trevor Ottman and Nick Lloyd, candidates for President and Vice President in the 2025 Washburn Student Government Association election. Tiffany Anderson, superintendent of Topeka Public Schools, has been in a constant battle for the betterment of families in poverty since she first began teaching. From implementing school-sanctioned food banks in Missouri to drastically improving graduation rates in Topeka, Anderson has lived up to being an “ambassador of hope” for schools not just in her district but across the country. Tune in to learn how Anderson is making an impact in schools nationwide.
