While at the University of Iowa, Jenny interned with Scott Duncan, a television and commercial director of photography. Scott proved an excellent mentor and played a key role in her realization that cinematography was where her true talent and passion lied. This led to her transferring to Columbia College in Chicago where she felt she could get a more hands-on, cinematography specific education.
