DORIS KEARNS GOODWIN IS MAKING HISTORY Or rather should I say writing history, as she has for decades. She is the author of acclaimed biographies of American greats like Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Lyndon Johnson and others. She is now writing her own history and that of her husband as they navigated Washington DC in the 1960's as they both worked in government. COLORADO DEMS TRY TO ENFORCE NEWSPEAK AT THE CAPITOL By giving Republicans a list of words they can't use when talking about immigration. Including "illegal alien" which has been used historically for over a century to speak of people who came here without going through proper immigration channels. This is after they gaveled out speakers who used the proper names of drag queens while testifying. Imagine if Republicans told Democrats the words they can and can't use, there would be outrage from all corners
