The guys are back! And why not kick off the show with a visit from Ninja Warriors Olivia and Ben. The love birds are back for the third time and are bringing their A-game. They’ve been training harder than ever and have also managed to put together an online website for aspiring ninja’s!  Shaun went camping during the holidays and him and Megan had major blow ups. The guys wanted to know about your love hate relationship with camping and there were some great calls! Sue’s camping trip to Monkey Mia sounded like something out of a horror movie and Janine lost her mind after spending six months on the road! And the guys mate Steve Butler from the West called in and he was especially impressed with Nath who managed to watch the entire Man United game on the weekend. NNS BEST BITS!  The guys are back on Monday and we thought it would be a great idea to wrap up the week with an incredible man – Damon Gameau. You might remember him from ‘That Sugar film’ which sent the world in to a frenzy! He’s back with his new movie ‘2020’ and he takes a look at how the world will change in a few year’s time if we aren’t careful! Nathan was caught up in an awkward situation on his flight home from Sydney, he ended up being a personal chauffeur for a lady called Joan – he couldn’t say no! The guys talked about saying no to old people and as a result Jess is currently sharing her shower with the couple next door! And a man in Floreat has been slapped with a hefty fine after extending his house without approval. NNS talked about doing something and then asking for forgiveness later. NNS BEST BITS!  A man in China was knocked unconscious after he broke the fall of a small child who fell from an apartment block. The guys put a call out for stories of people who lost consciousness. Christine knocked her funny bone and Mark fainted during a first aid course.  A radio announcer in Dubai used the help of Will Smith to propose to his girlfriend. This proposal puts every proposal to shame! And shock horror – another truck has crashed in to the Bayswater bridge. This time fellow drivers cheered at the truck driver. The guys wanted to know why has someone cheered at you and the stories were cracking! NNS BEST BITS!  An article has revealed we love our pot plants! They might be some of the most expensive items in the household but we sure do love them. NNS put out a call to Perth pot lovers! You will not believe how much Alessa has spent, and Rex had to deal with a truck full of cacti.  Comedian Pete Rowsthorn joined the guys bringing his a-game. He’s been up to heaps since he last stopped by! And Nathan has a habit of giving away other people’s stuff. He gave Chris Masten a foam roller which belonged to Ross – woops! While the guys are away we replayed their best bits!  The Veronica’s Lisa and Sarah were on the show with their latest single and it’s a banger! The guys discovered they interviewed them 15 years ago when their first song dropped – how quick has that gone? A guy called Nick had to be rescued after he fell off a cliff face while trying to take a photo…a few weeks later he had to be rescued AGAIN for doing the same thing. Sandy’s husband has been saved multiple times by the RAC and Mark has realised wind surfing isn’t the sport for him.  And the show wrapped up with the guys chatting to Morgan Evans. He told them how he proposed to his wife on Christmas day in their kitchen while she made pancakes – cute! NNS best bits! There’s no better way to kick off your Monday with Aussie comedian Kevin Bloody Wilson and that’s exactly what we did! He even treated the guys to a live acoustic show and you’ve got to listen to the podcast to hear one of his classics – bleeps included!  NNS dived in to the dating world and while none of them use dating apps they sure had a lot to say about them after a woman’s best friend found her husband on Tinder! The guys discussed whose profile did you find online. And the legend himself – Eddie McGuire, joined the guys. NNS BEST BITS!  An ABC reporter left the blade of her blender in when she went to clean it and forgot to switch the power off…luckily her fingers are still intact (just!). The guys talked about what was still plugged in and Tyson basically burnt his house down and Pat’s husband almost needed a new hand.  Toadie aka Ryan Maloney chatted to the guys about his 25 years on Aussie TV. He chatted about family life, his real name and why he could never leave the Neighbours cast. And a kid in Katanning got stuck in a chimney, so he is now known as the chimney boy – thankfully he didn’t get hurt as he was being pulled out. NNS BEST BITS!    NNS called in the big guy for a rating boost – the one and only Liam Bartlett. He’s been working on some pretty great stories which have taken him all over the world. The Bullsbrook fair was on a few months ago and a bouncy castle which hadn’t been tied down properly took off, taking kids with it. Thankfully nobody was injured but I think it’s fair to say those kids will be traumatised for life. The guys talked about the birth of your childhood trauma. Alana hates birds and David has a fear of moths. And we wrapped up the show with nothing better than some maggot tea! Made my CJ Grant, she made the guys try it and they weren’t impressed. The holidays officially begin…well for NNS! They are back Monday 15th July so stay tuned. The show certainly went off with a bang today with Aussie legend Kevin Bloody Wilson joining the guys in studio. He played the ultimate tune that most of you will know as well as a new one which is pretty different to his original stuff. He’s heading to Perth in July so be sure to grab your tickets because they are selling out quick. A man who puts NNS to shame, Todd Sampson joined the guys. You might know him as the guy who trained his brain to open safe’s in his previous series. This time he’s back and doing some crazy stuff. His latest episode of “Body Hack” sees him head to Ethiopia and discover some pretty crazy traditions.  And the guys talked about situations where you just had to yell “get me out of here”. Nath’s friend Pat is from Ireland and he gave Nath a bit of an insight in to what it’s like doing farm work here in Australia. Krystal and her friends ended up at a party they didn’t want to be at and

The hairy gardening man joined NNS this morning and if you’re not sure who we’re talking about, it’s the one and only Costa Georgiadis! He’s up for a Logie and set the record straight that his famous beard will be dressed up especially for the occasion.  The guests didn’t stop there, legendary singer Guy Sebastian called in and despite putting NNS on hold by accident he was up and about and ready to talk about his new music tour which is coming to Perth in September. And how can the guys forget about Iain Armitage – also known as Young Sheldon from Big Little Lies. The 10-year-old is adorable! He told the guys about what home-schooling is like and what it’s like to work with Meryl Streep and Jane Fonda – he is one lucky 10yo!  And last but not least, NNS favourite West Coast Eagle stopped by, Chris Masten! Chris served up a very disappointing breakfast club this morning, NNS were super unimpressed by celery sticks and hummus, strawberries and blueberries for desert and to top it off a peanut butter protein shake. In other news – the guys did chat to the weather man! That’s right, Sam Mac from Sunrise called in. He’s also been nominated for a Logie and can’t believe his luck. He told the guys how he loves his job so much even if it means flying more than one-hundred times a year and jumping out of planes – he’s up for it! And the guests didn’t end there, stand-up comedian and actress Celia Pacquola was in the studio talking about her new show ‘The Torrents’. It’s on tonight at the Black Swan State Theatre and you can get your tickets online. She is also up for a Logie and said she’ll be hanging around WA for slightly longer than she had originally planned after finding a love interest. She didn’t let too much slip but seems pretty excited to stick around and miss the Logie ceremony on Sunday.  See omny

Comedian Tom Gleeson was on the show today ahead of the Logie ceremony. He is up for a nomination and has been doing all sorts of things to get the publics vote. NNS talked about small miracles after Nat took Lewis for a walk yesterday morning and by the time she got to work she realised she had lost her work pass. After the show, she took a walk back to the park and lo and behold there it was lying in the carpark- now that’s a small miracle. Apparently, it’s happened to a lot of others in Perth like Stephanie who was fishing in Alaska, she lost her rod and ended up finding it a while later and Kelly thought she’d lost her engagement ring forever! And a woman has found her husband’s profile on Tinder! She forgave him and they are working on their marriage…the guys wanted to know about whose profile have you stumbled upon. Jackie

The guys kicked off the show with Logie nominated Waleed Aly and how excited he is to even be nominated for the second time around. A man in Carlisle was allegedly tortured by a group of people on Friday and he made a plea for help to strangers passing by. 21 cars failed to stop and help him – NNS gave their thoughts on it and went on to discuss pleas for help. Georgia’s mum took a girl home after she heard her crying and Tara is a real-life hero after she helped a man outside a shopping centre. A woman claims a driver from Australia Post threw her delivery on her roof and left her a note with a suggestion on how to get it down, the guys asked about when you had to leave a note. Mel’s lunch was a lot nicer than she expected and Kate did a nice thing for someone! Former Queensland Origin legend Darren Lockyer was on the show this morning talking about the Origin game on the weekend. For the first time ever it’s here in Perth and tickets have nearly sold out. Darren Lockyer is pumped for the event as are NNS.  Wannabe Prime Minister Boris Johnson in the UK has proven himself to be a mucky motorist as snaps from the back seat of his Toyota shows piles of litter everywhere. The guys wanted to know if there are any other dirty pigs out there. Shani is a self-confessed pig and Mark lived with a guy who left his containers around for so longer they went mouldy-yuck! And Nat had to bake a cake for a photoshoot she was doing yesterday for The West. She made a delicious lemon and blueberry bunt and as she went to pick the cake up it fell on the floor. The guys wanted to know about dropping things at the worst possible time. Stuart Macleod from Eskimo Joe called in early this morning to talk about their latest gig at Optus Stadium. They are headlining the Origin game this Sunday and are super excited! There may be some new music in the works but they are yet to confirm so stay tuned.  Sir Philip Leitch is the World Champion in Jousting and he even works at Kryal Castle in Victoria. Nathan and Ellie called the cops this morning after they saw some legs hanging out of the Good Sammy’s bin this morning, they could hear a lady screaming at a group of people that they had left her behind. To celebrate Nathan’s birthday the Nova 93.7 team headed down to Meet and Bun in Mount Lawley to celebrate his coming of age. Matt Preston joined the guys wearing his fanciest of pants as well as giving Nathan a white leather belt for his birthday – in the words of Preston ‘You must have a white leather belt to compliment all fancy pants!’ There was a fashion parade with some of the best pants in Perth as well as burgers and milkshakes for all the listeners who came down. Marty Sheargold joined the guys this morning to talk about his come back to the comedy world. He kicks off his latest tour in November and is heading to Perth. A flight attendant has said the amount of times a customer asks for an upgrade to business class is overwhelming – the usual trick is they pay for one economy seat and one business seat and then say to the air hostess they have been separated from their partner – sneaky! NNS discussed sneaky tricks people try at your workplace. Jason makes sure nobody gets past him at work and Ally is also an Air Hostess and she shed some light on a couple of extra pet hates when flying. An article published online talked about two Perth neighbours who are at war with each other because the kids from one of the houses keeps kicking the football over the fence.
