Tom Ringley is from Sheridan Wyoming. He was an Officer in the Air Force for 27 years. After his military career he moved back to Sheridan and became the Fair Grounds Manager then soon got involved with the rodeo and eventually was on the Sheridan WYO Rodeo Board.
