Nobody can stay in perfect mental health 100% of the time, but just like we train our bodies at the gym and with personal trainers we can train our mind to by happier and health with certain tools and trained Mental Health Professionals.

Matt D'avella is an award-winning documentary filmmaker best known for his movie Minimalism. Matt has done something that Colin and I have always wanted to do, make a movie and sell it to Netflix. Matt asked us to be on his podcast and after we were done recording the episode we kept the mics on and asked him some questions. Jake & Josh are creators who've grown to over 140,000 subscribers on YouTube in just under 9 months. They perform trick shots and break World Records every Wednesday. Josh Horton is one of the best jugglers in the world and performs regularly on primetime tv shows as well as in person during the halftime shows of major sporting events. He also has a background in social media which we get into in detail on the podcast.

Jack Coyne is a filmmaker and YouTuber based out of New York City that got his start working for Casey Neistat. After a complete overhaul of the company by CNN, Beme was restructured and Jack was let go. Within days of the news Jack released a video on his personal YouTube channel that garnered over 1.2 million views and launched his career as a YouTuber.
