The cold weather is definitely here and that’s going to make things more difficult as people stay indoors amidst a spike in covid-19 cases. Its more important than ever to be careful and maybe re-think your holiday plans. In that spirit Zoom is temporarily expanding their 40 minute limit for free users of its conference service in hopes that people will stay safe and stay home on Thanksgiving. Some extreme weather overnight, but the pandemic news this morning continues to be troubling as cases and hospitalizations approach record highs. Meanwhile the President still hasn’t come to terms with his election loss, and his most extreme supporters took to the streets in DC over the weekend to back him up… although the number was a lot closer to ten thousand than a million. But the good news is the Christmas tree for the city of Boston is making its way down the road from Nova Scotia, something for us to look forward to. Governor Baker is urging residents to limit Thanksgiving celebrations to people within their household and avoid extended family and friends. Early sunsets and late sunrises have made our daytime hours feel rather brief lately, but at least its slightly easier for morning shift vampires like ourselves to get some sleep. We’re two weeks out from election day, and while many voters take advantage of early voting, President Trump hasn’t altered his course at all… his latest targets include Dr. Anthony Fauci, and NBC debate moderator Kristen Welker.
