Damon Thompson Ministries - Have you been domesticated? Religion wants you to be like a house cat instead of a lion. Have you become tamed? Devotion gives you permission to be authentic instead of manufactured. Your Father wants you to be wild and to reflect the untamed and undomesticated lion that is in Him. 

Damon Thompson Ministries - Romans 8:32 says, "He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?" If He gave you Jesus, how could you ever question if He is going to give you anything else you need? His name is "Resurrection" and He is telling you to dare to believe that He withholds no good thing.

Focusing on diminishing our interior appetites will never birth the hoped for result. We must live to stoke the fires of a superior flame of all satisfying desire. 

Damon Thompson Ministries - If you cannot thank God for what He is doing it is actually illegal for you to ask Him for what you want to receive next. The degree at which we give thanks determines if we are safely positioned to receive what He wants to do next. He keeps us postured in gratitude, not because it helps or benefits Him, but He understands that it puts an appropriate degree of value on the greatness of what He is doing. There are great days ahead and there are great days right now. 

Damon Thompson Ministries - The Wilderness inherits a supreme promotion in value when we realize that it is God's ultimate zip code for releasing strategic patterns designed to receive and host His glory. If a man cannot be trusted to yield to the divine pull of the Father's jealousy made manifest in the wilderness, then that man will never be able to be trusted with the inheritance of the new wine-skin pattern. The new pattern is not intended to promote or in any way draw attention to the man, his church or his ministry; however this pattern is permission granted to build one distinct thing for one specific cause: a place where He comes and ultimately a place where He stays.

Damon Thompson Ministries - Carolina Revival 1/23/16. Resurrection is so uncommonly important that the concept is mentioned 175 times in the New Testament. The resurrection of Jesus was not just a historic event, it is also a present reality in the life of every believer. He is alive so now you are alive. Death could not have its intended impact on Him so now it can't on you. We are every bit as resurrected as Jesus.

One of the main reasons we do not fully comprehend what was made available through Jesus is that we do not connect to what has been made available through His resurrection. We must realize that Jesus died, was buried, and was resurrected AS us not just FOR us.

There are prophetic opportunities that are available in the life of the believer by studying the prayer life of Jesus. The Transfiguration of Jesus was an invitation to an encounter with God in a mountain called "Devotion" that causes there to be lightnings coming forth out of your life because of what you encountered in devotion.

When honor and devotion get tied together in the heart of an individual there is absolutely nothing that can stop them from experiencing a demonstration. Honor by itself will not get you demonstration and devotion on its own will not get you demonstration. God is asking people to build an upper room for Him to make a home in. In revival you build rooms of communion and devotion to host the Lord in. The Lord loves you too much to send you into the arena you crave without the protection of communion.

Many associate this God-ordained period with negativity. The wilderness can never be fully understood until it is viewed through the lens of the Father's jealousy. He is jealous for you to know Him and love Him in a deeper way than we could ever know or love a calling or an assignment on our lives. The assignment or ministry was never intended to be the source where we find fulfillment. The call on your life is a consequence of the unshakable validation you discover in a secret place alone with Him.

In revival, unspeakable and mysterious things happen and it is not our job to try and put language to it. It is our job to be thankful for what He has sent and to allow it to take us into deeper levels of personal devotion and communion.
