We have covered a lot of ground on the Outside Focused Church in the past couple of weeks. Now, let’s take a deeper look at some of the changes that can be made to create such a culture.

The message is scared but the methods are not. What can churches change before, during, and after the service to best reach the unchurched?

The natural tendency of the local church is to stay insider focused. But in order to accomplish our mission, the church must become outsider focused. What should the church do to reach unchurched people?

Culture is established either by design or default and everything has a culture; homes, businesses and even the church. You can have a great vision and mission, but without culture, everything falls apart. Let’s take a look at what it takes to create an amazing culture.

The church is a movement and movements move. Jesus spoke of a church that He would continually build into, so it is expected that the church should be continually growing as well. We need to master this growth in all areas of the church.

Progression does not just happen. There are 4 major hinderances that stand against the progression of a mission, and pushing against these enemies is a constant battle. How can we overcome them?

John Maxwell’s 5 Levels of Leadership is foundational to so many aspects of leadership. If a leader can understand these levels, they will be set up for tremendous success within their organization.

Ministry transitions can be difficult at times. There are emotions and relationships involved which can greatly complicate. As leaders and team members, how can we best handle transition?

Our mission as a church is too great to leave culture to chance. We have to design a culture that will enable us to fulfill our mission and vision. What does this culture look like and how do we go about creating it?

Culture is prominent in every organization, whether that organization realizes it or not. It s how the organization feels—it’s the heart of the organization. It is more powerful than vision, mission or strategy and it happens by default or by design.
