California Climate Change Tax & the Holder Defense
08/05/2019 Duración: 02h03minEating out is more expensive every day it seems, as restaurants nationwide raise prices to cover rising costs. Now, some California diners will get hit with a climate change tax. Eateries across the state will have the option this fall of joining the Restore California Renewable Restaurant program, which adds 1% to the bill. Gregory Wrightstone, author of Inconvenient Facts: The Science That Al Gore Doesn't Want You To Know, will join me once again to discuss the idea of the tax. AG William Barr has been working to fend off an aggressive Congress demanding more information. In that effort, he has turned to a surprising source for justification: former Obama official Eric H. Holder Jr. At issue is the unredacted copy of special counsel Mueller's report. Democrats want both the report and reams of supporting evidence compiled during the 22 months of investigation. Mr. Barr says he is willing to negotiate but that some of the information (the parts Mr. Mueller gleaned from a grand jury) are shielded by law and c

Brian Sims Tries Doxing and Code Pink Moves to Venezuela (sort of)
07/05/2019 Duración: 02h03minBy now we have all seen Pennsylvania state Rep. Brian Sims, a Democrat and self-styled LGBT activist, harass an elderly pro-life sidewalk counselor outside a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic, but did you see what else he did? A group of around 50 pro-Communist Code Pink members have taken up residence in the Venezuelan embassy in Washington, D.C., in order to "prevent" the new Venezuelan government from taking over from Nicolas Maduro's team of diplomats, who vacated the embassy last month. Bradley (wants to be called Chelsea) Manning formally requested to be released from jail saying “I acted alone” in an effort to keep from testifying before a Grand Jury. The Violence Against Women Act Plus Good Gun Bad Guy
03/05/2019 Duración: 02h04minThe Violence Against Women Act is up for reauthorization in 2019. This reauthorization needs to be based on the latest surveys and scientific research. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control conducts an annual survey called the National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey (NISVS). The telephone survey asks about Americans' experience with domestic violence. Everett Bartlett, the President of the Coalition to End Domestic Violence, will join me to discuss if The Violence Against Women Act should be reauthorization. Dan Wos, author of Good Gun Bad Guy: Behind the Lies of the Anti-Gun Radical & Good Gun Bad Guy 2: Destroying the Anti-Gun Narrative, will join me to discuss the latest gun control debate and how it will figure into the 2020 election. Stacey Abrams Still Wants Her Participation Trophy
01/05/2019 Duración: 02h04minRobert Francis (better known as “Beto”) O'Rourke has been watching his early support evaporate. So, in an effort to keep his name in the conversation he tried to do so the only way he knows how. By saying something stupid. Stacey Abrams said this past Sunday that she still believes she was victorious during her 2018 gubernatorial race and is “comfortable” saying that she won. The FBI has been collecting information on Americans who have been helping the migrant caravans heading to the US-Mexico border and is now investigating an alleged plot by “anti-fascist activists” to purchase weapons from a Mexican drug cartel. Defying the Law to Protect Abortion
28/04/2019 Duración: 02h03minFifteen more people are dead in Sri Lanka after a series of explosions and a firefight between police and suspected ISIS terrorists in the country's capital city of Colombo. Judge Stanley Bastian, from the Eastern District of Washington, has issued a nationwide injunction blocking implementation of the Trump administration’s new Title X regulations. Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot has decreed that his office will not be prosecuting what he has non-technically referred to as "low-level" crimes. Plus, Chief of Simple Facts of Life will join me to discuss ... well ... whatever comes up. Don't forget about the Edwards Notebook and the Veteran's Tip of the Day! No Sanctuary Cities in Florida plus Ron Edwards
26/04/2019 Duración: 02h02minThe Florida House of Representatives passed a bill that would ban sanctuary cities and require local law enforcement agents to cooperate with federal immigration authorities such as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The Republican National Committee released a brutal ad slamming socialist Bernie Sanders and Kamala Harris over their stances on letting convicted terrorists vote while they are in prison. The video features news coverage of the tragic Boston Marathon Bombing and shows a picture of the Islamic terrorist who committed the attack, saying: "Democrats believe this terrorist should be allowed to vote from prison." Former CNN contributor Symone Sanders does not want white people leading the Democrat Party. Or, at least she used to feel that way. But now she is working for Joe Biden, who has announced his long-expected 2020 presidential run. Ron Edwards will join me to discuss other hot topics. Kamala Harris Promises to Take Your Guns with Her Phone and Pen
24/04/2019 Duración: 02h03minA 20-year-old college student in upstate New York reported an Uber driver for refusing to take her to get an abortion. The driver was fired but the student is done with the driver just yet. The Associated Press is reporting that journalists traveling alongside the caravan witnessed hundreds of migrants at the "tail end" of the 3,000-person group being detained and arrested by Mexican immigration officials, "wrestling migrants into police vehicles for transport and presumably deportation." The California Supreme Court issued a stay in the case against journalists David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt based on “political bias and selective prosecution.” Kamala Harris has now vowed to initiate unilateral action on gun control within her first 100 days as president, if Congress does not act according to her whims. Over the course of the last two weeks, two university presidents have issued strong rebukes of attempts by activist students to fire or silence high-profile university professors with whom they ideologically disagree. Middle-Class Millionaire and Black Baby Heartbeats
17/04/2019 Duración: 01h05minTax Day has come and gone but not everyone has gotten a handle on the new tax laws. Clark Kendall, founder of Kendall Capital and author of the upcoming book Middle-Class Millionaire: Surprisingly Simple Strategies to Grow and Enjoy Your Wealth, will join me to take a look at some of the biggest changes and we’ll talk about the book too. Rep. Janine Boyd, A female Democrat state representative from Ohio, drafted an amendment last week seeking to have black babies exempted from pro-life legislation dubbed the "heartbeat bill." Guess what Boyd likened restrictions on abortion to. Don't forget about the Edwards Notebook and the Veteran's Tip of the Day! All of this and more as time allows. Planet of the Apes Begins in China
14/04/2019 Duración: 02h02minA federal grand jury has brought a 36-count indictment against celebrity attorney Michael Avenatti, charging him with embezzlement, fraud, perjury, and more. The SCOTUS will weigh in on foul language trademarks on Monday when the nine justices hear arguments in a free-speech case brought by Los Angeles-based clothing designer Erik Brunetti. Scientists in China prove that they have never seen Planet of the Apes by taking human copies of the MCPH1 gene, which is believed to play an important role in our brain development, and introduced it into monkey embryos by means of a virus that carried the gene. Ron Edwards joins me for our Sunday Afternoon Conversation. Don't forget about the Edwards Notebook and the Veteran's Tip of the Day! All of this and more as time allows. Thomas Pecora and Life in the Crosshairs
13/04/2019 Duración: 02h03minOver the course of a career that saw him receive the Career Intelligence Medal, Intelligence Star (the CIA's second highest honor for valor), Meritorious Unit Citation, and numerous Exceptional Performance Awards, Thomas Pecora distinguished himself as a Protective Operations Cadre (POC) member and as a CIA Security Officer. He has been involved in some of the most well-known conflicts of our time, including Black Hawk Down and the hunt for Osama Bin Laden. Now, Tom is prepared to shed light on the world of clandestine protective operations and the selfless, heroic warriors dedicated to keeping the United States safe at all costs. With over thirty years of experience working in security, Tom is also ready to identify the biggest threats facing America today. He joins me to discuss his new book Guardian: Life in the Crosshairs of the CIA's War on Terror. Also today, Mount Holyoke College announced that the newly-selected campus police chief Daniel Hect was placed on administrative leave after a backlash when s

Jennifer Lawrence From We Build The Wall, Inc.
12/04/2019 Duración: 02h03minSocialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) went to bat for Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Mn) after Omar trivialized the 9/11 terrorist attacks as "some people did something," claiming that she and Omar were both victims of the political Right. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) climbed atop the moral ladder and from his "I'm better than you" perch blasted U.S. Attorney General William Barr, crying that Barr “must retract his unfounded, irresponsible claim that American law enforcement ‘spied’ on the Trump Campaign.” What truly makes Blumenthal’s verbiage hypocritical when he labeled Barr’s statement an “unfounded, irresponsible claim,” is that this is the same man who was openly exposed as having lied about his "service" in Vietnam. Kirstjen Nielsen has resigned as Department of Homeland Security (DHS) secretary. Many have criticized her effectiveness when it came to our southern border and were happy to see her go; but I contend that given the actions of Democrats, the MSM, and even Donald Trump’s shifts on policy s

Behind the Laughter & John Tamny Talks Stephen Moore
10/04/2019 Duración: 02h04minAnthony Griffith, a stand-up comic from Chicago's South Side, has lived on the borderline of comedy and tragedy. At the very time his career as a stand-up comedian was taking off, and he had finally achieved his dream of appearing on The Tonight Show, he was also enduring an unimaginable personal nightmare: his two-year-old daughter, Brittany Nicole, was dying from cancer. While Anthony performed under bright lights, he struggled not to succumb to the darkness of losing a child. Anthony Griffith will join me to discuss his memoir, Behind the Laughter: A Comedian’s Tale of Tragedy and Hope. Similar to President Trump, Stephen Moore is an anti-establishment voice and critic of the D.C. swamp. It should come as no surprise that economists who never stray from mainstream, "acceptable" positions on the role of the Federal Reserve Opens a New Window. are also vehemently opposed to Moore's nomination to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. After all, to challenge the Fed's orthodoxy is to challenge the Washingto

Kill the Boer and Expropriations in South Africa
10/04/2019 Duración: 57minWhere does socialism lead? Well, South Africa’s socialism began like the current socialism in the United States. Where has South Africa’s socialism taken South Africa? How about land and farm seizures and expropriations and the large scale killing of white farmers. Many media outlets refuse to report on this or tell us that this isn’t happening. Ernst Roets, author of Kill the Boer: Government Complicity in South Africa's Brutal Farm Murders. deputy CEO of AfriForum, CEO of Forum Films, a civil rights activist, and scholar of Constitutional Law in South Africa, will join me to discuss his book and the seizures, expropriations, and the large scale killing going on in South Africa. Abby Johnson Challenges Alyssa Milano and Kel Fritzi Reports From Canada
07/04/2019 Duración: 02h04minA casting call was recently posted on Backstage, a website for actors and technicians, for a small ensemble play in New York City. Under the "rehearsal" heading, the call stated that white actors cast in the show would participate in a mandatory "anti-racism training" session. And oh yeah, according to the "compensation" heading, the call stated that actors of color would be paid more than white actors. Abby Johnson, former Planned Parenthood executive turned pro-life advocate who wrote the memoir which the pro-life film "Unplanned" is based on, told Alyssa Milano "I’m hoping that [Alyssa Milano] will muster up the courage to go see the ["Unplanned"] movie. If you are willing to advocate for abortion, but unwilling to actually see what you support, then you and your tiny bun really have no relevancy in this conversation.” Kel Fritzi, the host of both RFB radio and IAW part of the Global Patriot Network, will join me to discuss the latest happenings in Canada as part of our “Sunday Afternoon Conversation”.

Culture Wars and Border Incursions
06/04/2019 Duración: 02h02minBeyoncé may have had a partnership opportunity with Reebok that went sour due to pitch team's lack of diversity. According to medical doctors and a parent of a gender non-conforming child speaking on a panel for the Heritage Foundation, their quest to stop dangerous transgender treatments on minors has exposed that “government-funded research now allows wrong sex hormones such as testosterone to be given to girls as young as 8”. Border agents in California apprehended a Syrian national over the weekend, saying he’d attempted to enter the U.S. by hiding on a train. Day of Mourning and Not on My Watch
05/04/2019 Duración: 02h00sIn the wake of Virginia Governor Northam's recent advocacy for infanticide, a grassroots movement of distressed citizens has turned their disgust to action with a "Day of Mourning" on April 6th. The organizers are holding a large worship and prayer gathering at the Greater Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, VA, where they expect thousands to be in attendance to "stand in solidarity with the unborn and mourn over the sin of abortion." Elizabeth Johnston, better known as the Activist Mommy, will join me to discuss the "Day of Mourning", her new book Not on My Watch: How to Win the Fight for Family, Faith and Freedom, and we might even talk a little about the new movie Unplanned if time allows. Is Now the Time to Start a New Fight Over Obamacare
03/04/2019 Duración: 02h03minTrump's administration is asking a federal appeals court to strike down the entire health care law. The president vowed on Tuesday to make the GOP the "party of health care" and told Senate Republicans to lean into their own agenda on the issue as they head into next year's election. Dr. Michael Busler, Professor of Finance at Stockton University, will join us once again to discuss the question “Does Donald Trump really want to get into another fight over Obamacare with so many starting to look toward the upcoming 2020 elections?” During Robert Mueller's investigation, unfair partisan politics drove a wedge between American citizens, attempting to further vilify the Trump administration and the President's goal to "Make America Great Again." True patriots never faltered in their belief, not only in Mueller's professional capabilities but also in the fact that the investigation would bring unshakable evidence to light. America would have its answer. Kevin Pryslak who has expertly and accurately in a humorous w
