The response issued by Ennis MD says roughly 50% of its planned maintenance is "reactive" to the likes of litter and flooding, and because of the size of the area, it isn't "operationally practical" to commit to a fixed schedule. Councillor Baker-Bashua says if residents had notice, there could be a more thorough clean.
