Sinopsis

Nathan, Nat & Shaun are all current world record holders in their own right Nathan for having snuggled the most number of bunnies in a hammock (the previous world record holder was Cameron Diaz), Nat for putting the most number of socks on her left foot while listening to Michael Jacksons Beat It and most recently Shaun for stuffing the most number of bananas down his pants with a record of 273. Theyre all very proud of their achievements. They also do a breakfast show on Nova 93.7

  • CATCH UP – Emma Wiggle and a funeral (not related guys!)

    14/05/2020 Duración: 37min

The beautiful Emma Wiggle is hosting a virtual birthday party for all the kids who missed out during the pandemic – it’s going be amazing. She was actually on the way to take her rabbit Crumpet to the vet (he’s ok).   Nathan attended his Uncle’s funeral yesterday, and listened to his mum when she said to follow the hearse into the cemetery in his car. He was NOT meant to do that and it was super awkward! But it led to us hearing stories about when people took advice when they shouldn’t have, including spray tans and car accidents.   And a 101 year -old man has given his take on the COVID pandemic after living through the second World War – let’s just say we’ve got nothing to complain about guys.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – Liam saves the day!

    13/05/2020 Duración: 49min

With Nathan away for personal reason today, Liam Bartlett dropped in to sit in Nathan’s seat and rant about stuff – so a great fill-in really! Plus Liam was our first in studio guest in months and we were SO excited.   Cameron Daddo is guest starring on Home & Away this week, he talked about doing the round in LA as an Aussie actor and also about broadcasting his Smooth FM show from home. It’s weird.   And bossman Dave McClung had 2 attempted crimes happen at his house over the weekend, are you also a crime magnet? According to some calls crime can chase you through suburbs, can come from your neighbours and even chase you across state borders. Joy.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – Wil Anderson does comedy with no audience!

    12/05/2020 Duración: 39min

That’s right – all the comedians participating in the Stan Lockdown Comedy Festival have filmed themselves doing a stand-up gig alone in their homes. Do you leave space for laughs? How do you set up the cameras? Are you even funny? They’re the questions Wil asked himself, but he did it anyway. And yes, he’s funny!   Also funny is Brad Johnson the Bulldogs legend pointing out Shaun on the homepage of Fox Footy – they’re remembering the demolition derby and Shaun was right amongst it in the melee! Brad reckons WA are right to be upset about having to leave for an AFL hub in Vic.   And today was the first ever episode of Sausage Roll Models – where Nathan uses his favourite new appliance, the Kmart Sausage Roll Maker, to make creative sausage rolls. Let’s just say day one’s mars bar sausage rolls were a hit!  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP - Lego, vegetarian curry and our hero Premier!

    11/05/2020 Duración: 56min

That’s right - our Premier is in the good books because the regional travel band have been partly lifted and everyone is stoked. Mr McGowan also reckons the boost it’ll give to WA tourism will be second to none. The Brickman called in to chat Legomasters and all things bricks, and about how the show has influenced the UK and Denmark version. And poor old Chris got eliminated from Masterchef - given he’s the king of meat dishes a vegetarian curry probably wasn’t to eat to go. Better luck next time mate.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – Donna Hay loves Mothers Day! Well, kind of…

    08/05/2020 Duración: 33min

Donna offered up some easy recipes to cook for your Mum – but of course the chat derailed and, well, you’ll have to listen to hear how!   Harry who presses the buttons got zapped by his taps in the house for about a year – probably extremely unsafe. Renee’s husband had an axe hanging in the shed that fell on his head. Charlotte’s workplace has 2 entrances, both of which could kill her. Lovely!   And Producer Amy had a creepy thing happen at home….listen if you dare! It involves child ghosts – eep!  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – Pete Rowsthorn the truckie!

    07/05/2020 Duración: 29min

Yep – he’s officially got his truck driver’s license and was meant to be hitting the road except people felt sorry for him and now he’s got loads of work! Well some work, anyway. We did make sure we got his faves from the servo Bain Marie – a pie and sausage roll, paired with a Choc Chill. A true truckie!   Shaun reckons he can’t help himself but be harder on his sons than his daughter – when he went to tell her off yesterday she started to cry and the whole thing ended in cuddles! Apparently daughters getting special treatment is a thing – especially for Casey who got spoilt by her Dad when he went to the TAB!   And when the guys give a prize away they sometimes want something in return….so in exchange for lotto tickets, Gabriel and Paul had to promise a percentage of the winnings. It’s totally legally binding, right?  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – We got re-Norto-fied with our mate Mitch Norton!

    06/05/2020 Duración: 40min

It’s been awhile but Mitch called in to update us on all things Wildcats – basically half the team has gone so we’re relying on him to hold them up! He’s been doing ok in iso – including taking part in a May the 4th nerdy Star Wars video. Love ya Mitch!   Our resident infectious diseases specialist Dr Clay Golledge gave us his opinion on returning to relative normality in WA – he’s cautiously optimistic! But keep the borders closed he reckons – let’s just see how we go.   And do you have a small personal rule you always follow? Meghan Markle doesn’t let photographs be taken of her feet. Kylie only buys coco pops at Christmas time, and Fiona never starts eating her food until she gets her drink.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – Pav, Pete and monkeys!

    05/05/2020 Duración: 48min

Matthew Pavlich called through to give his opinion on how and when the AFL should return – including word on a possible twilight grand final!   Peter Helliar joined the team to talk about series 2 of How To Stay Married – which is back tonight on Ten! Appropriate given lots of couples are stuck at home together trying to stay married…so watch it for some tips!   And a monkey riding a MOTORCYCLE snatched a small child in Indonesia – the kid was safe, but a MONKEY on a MOTOTRCYCLE is insane! Monkey stories ensued.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – What have you never actually done?

    04/05/2020 Duración: 37min

Our mate behind the buttons Harry has never used the oven in his house – it’s been 18 months. Oprah has never put a doona cover on a doona! We heard from Mick who’s never been able to read an analog clock, and Victoria who has never done a roly poly, bless.   Sam Pang has never done us wrong that’s for sure – Have you Been Paying Attention? Returns tonight on Ten with a twist – everyone’s at home! We’ll see how that goes down…   And Steve Butler chimed in with his opinion on the AFL possibly restarting soon, how annoying it is for WA players not to be able to train, and on Bryce Cotton bailing on the Wildcats.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – Perth’s Legomasters Jackson and Alex!

    01/05/2020 Duración: 38min

The WA boys with the long hair are killing it on the show and told us about how they’ve figured out what bits are important, and what their favourite bricks are (a snot brick, apparently).   Another one of Perth’s treasures Narelda Jacobs from Ten is celebrating 20 years with the network! She gave us a rundown of her long career and how she’s going over in Sydney.   And we love a bit of a prank – a bloke completely smashed up his wife’s jigsaw as she was placing the last piece! Killer. Michelle has been deliberately replacing some booze with old coffee, and Linda deliberately didn’t turn off an electric fence….  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – Jock the Scot from Masterchef!

    30/04/2020 Duración: 37min

Masterchef Judge and one of our favourite Scots (behind Braveheart of course) is Jock Zonfrillo, he gave us some insight into how stressed the contestants have been getting on the show, and talked about how these days getting yelled at by your chef boss isn’t as bad as it used to be.   A girl got stuck in a washing machine during a pretty intense game of hide and seek – turns out games can go wrong. Ros tried too hard to play the swing into the river game, and Jimmy’s mate got a bit of a shock to the cheekbone from a rogue pool ball.   And kinda funny scenes out of Indonesia, where police are forcing those who aren’t wearing face masks to do push-ups in the street! Other unusual punishments we heard about included very quietly opening and closing doors, and cutting up a bath towel every time it was left on the floor. Some parents are MADE to do this – Shaun took some tips that’s for sure!  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – The Premier meets his biggest Rocko fan!

    29/04/2020 Duración: 31min

That’s right – Mark McGowan got to meet Matt the Rockingham heckler this morning when we spoke to him on air. Matt was an interesting character to say the least…but like the rest of us, he just loves the hell out of Mark McGowan our Premier!   And Nathans dad Brian discovered this week that women don’t have Adam’s apples…at the age of 66. We heard stories from other late learners, including Kelsey who only just learned that ponies aren’t baby horses, and Ricardo who thought olives came from the ocean.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – Back from the holidays to nowhere!

    28/04/2020 Duración: 46min

As the guys returned from a week’s break, parenting expert Maggie Dent called through to help out with parents who are returning their kids to school from tomorrow. Hectic times!   Steve Butler also chimed in to get the team across everything sport…*crickets*. Actually the AFLW All Australian team was announced and the lack of WA talent was not good according to Steve.   And some stories about when you just had to keep going with it….like Adam who was asked to drive his boss’s car, even though he couldn’t drive. So he drove in 2nd gear the entire trip. Easy, right!  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • REHEATED PODCAST – The best bits of Nathan, Nat & Shaun!

    24/04/2020 Duración: 48min

Ben Elton dropped into the studio to chat about Queen (the band not the monarch), famous people living in WA and how he goes touring.   Karl Stefanovic had to defend himself when Shaun accused him of dyeing his hair – although he admitted to it currently looking very healthy.   And ever been in that situation where it was too awkward to correct someone? One caller told the guys about getting her sister in laws name wrong – for YEARS! Extremely awkard.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • REHEATED PODCAST – The best bits of Nathan, Nat & Shaun!

    23/04/2020 Duración: 46min

The guys caught up with their good mate and Australian men’s cricket coach Justin Langer who admitted his absolute love for A Star is Born, amongst some actual cricket chat.   Kenny from Birds of Tokyo dropped by earlier in the year to talk about his new music and how he got to where he is today, including having a pizza named after him!   And stories about doing a runner – loads more people do it that the guys thought!  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • REHEATED PODCAST – The best bits of Nathan, Nat & Shaun!

    22/04/2020 Duración: 42min

Finally Nathan, Nat & Shaun got to meet their horoscope hero – the one and only Joanne M Moore! The guys got their horoscopes straight from the lady herself.   Perth news royalty Monika Kos dropped by the studio in pre-Corona times to talk about her move to Channel Ten and the sad ending for Today Tonight.   And the guys heard some stories about people ruining it for everyone else – including someone who ruined it all for their workplace when they won a prize from Nova!  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • REHEATED PODCAST – The best bits of Nathan, Nat & Shaun!

    21/04/2020 Duración: 41min

The guys caught up with Fitzy over in Sydney who had to do the show from his house after a workmate got diagnosed with Coronavirus. He was coping…okay.   Maggie Dent dished out some advice for parents of teenagers, especially when they’re using the internet.   And the guys heard some stories about when going for the cheapest option probably wasn’t the best idea….  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • REHEATED PODCAST – The best bits of Nathan, Nat & Shaun!

    20/04/2020 Duración: 35min

Claire Hooper joined the guys back when they could all be in the same studio together – and used the time to talk a lot about biscuits.   James Blunt explained the pros and cons of owning his own pub, and also talked about the emotional song he recorded with his Dad.   And Shaun has been a bit of a hypochondriac through this virus – the guys heard from other hypochondriacs to make him feel better.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – Hamish Blake is back on our screens!

    17/04/2020 Duración: 35min

Lego Masters returns this week and Hamish is PUMPED - he’s still amazed with the absolute bonkers creations the contestants come up with each week. Perfect for lockdown viewing!   Speaking of lockdown – you’d think being stuck at home would mean less injuries. Not for our workmate Hannah, who managed to break her foot whilst in Iso. We heard more stories about injuries in lockdown, including one that involves pine-o-clean.   And the woman we all love to watch with the Premier – the amazing interpreter Fiona Perry joined us for a chat! She has to try and grasp the emotions and expressions of the person she is interpreting, as well as what they are actually saying. And no, her hands aren’t insured. Yet!  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • CATCH UP – The Premier’s new job for Nathan

    16/04/2020 Duración: 39min

Personal hand sanitiser – that’s the role that Mark McGowan suggested for Nathan! The Premier is also basically just in meting all day everyday – and he’s doing a fantastic job of running the state. He won’t take the praise though – it’s a team effort and we’ll get through the COVID together.   A guy over in China just had a knife removed from his head after a casual twenty six years. The guys heard stories about other things stuck inside people, like Christmas decorations, bullets and insects. Gross.   And after yesterday’s debacle with Shaan leaving the company and taking a tub of hand sanitiser, the guys played a bit of a prank on him – he was not pleased!  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
