Gaydio and Adoption Counts have teamed up for LGBT Fostering and Adoption Week to showcase how rewarding adopting as an LGBTQ+ individual or couple can be and how, if you're looking to start or expand your family through adoption, how supported you'll be with Adoption Counts.

Brett Harris caught up with three people who know the fostering process with Hounslow Council inside out - Sonia, a fostering team manager, Paul, who fosters children with his partner David and Ben, one of Paul and David's foster children.

Are you thinking about fostering? There are so many different avenues to go down. For LGBT+ Adoption and Fostering week, we caught up with 2 same sex couples who have fostered with their local authority in Greater Manchester. We find out why the local authority was there preferred route, and also how they found the fostering journey We spoke to Luke and Kevin, along with Katie and Joanne, hear what they had to say below.
