Since Master Donnie was last on the show his comments about ADCC have gone viral, he's promoted another set of students to black belt, and is now preparing a group of his homegrown elite competitors for their first IBJJF European Open.    Master Donnie (MD) has taught at Team Lloyd Irvin headquarters in Camp Springs, Maryland for 23 years. Over the course of that time he led the  Team Lloyd Irvin Kids to IBJJF Kids Pan Team Titles, NAGA Team of the Decade Awards, and coached several Black Belt World Champions including Shane Jamil Hill-Taylor whom he taught from DAY ONE.    In this episode The GOONS and MD discuss: what it takes to create a successful team, how to train athletes for major tournaments, what he wants to see change in the sport, and a whole lot more.

We're baaaaack! It's been a rough month and due to technical difficulites beyond our control we missed 2 weeks of the Best BJJ Podcast out there. Our bad.  On this episode we talk about our buddy Danis and his upcoming fight with KSI in England. We also get into Black Panther and we do our best to not drop any spoilers while doing it.

With the holidays coming up it's important to remember to stay thankful. This weekend had to give props to two major events here in the U.S.A and Abu Dhabi. One of Tim's old homeboys made his debut in boxing. For better or worse he won his first match proving that influencers got them hands.

It was definitely an interesting weekend of results in the martial arts worlds. Izzy lost his belt to a Brazilian in the Octagon. Unfortunately things didn't go too well for the his counrymen on the mats.
