The New Voice of America & The Underground Professor
11/03/2018 Duración: 02h03minIt's the second Sunday of the month and once again I'll be joined by "The New Voice of America" Ron Edwards, but this time Ron will be with me in the first hour. We will have our normal conversation about recent news topics of interest. The reason Ron will be on in the first hour is that at the top of the second hour I will be joined by The Underground Professor. The Prof will bring us a constitutional perspective to the current hot-button topics. Don't forget about the Edwards Notebook and the Veteran's Tip of the Day! All of this and more as time allows. Listen live, join the chatroom, be a part of the show.

Democrats & Net Neutrality Plus Get It Together
08/03/2018 Duración: 02h03minThe Democrats seem to have an unhealthy obsession with Net Neutrality. At an event held in Washington, Senators Ed Markey (D-MA) and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), in addition to Rep. Mike Doyle (D-PA) appeared with Fight for the Future (FFTF), a leftist group headed in part by Evan Greer, a fringe radical and a vocal supporter of al-Qaeda terrorists. The purpose of the event is to convince at least one more Republican senator to back a repeal of the FCC's December order to lift cumbersome Net Neutrality regulations. Brian Maloney of Media Equalizer will drop in to discuss their efforts to expose Evan Greer and the Democrats support of Net Neutrality. Then in the second hour, I'll be joined by Scott Paly to talk about his book Get It Together: Cultural and Practical Tips To Be A Successful Adult. In the book, you'll find things you may not have learned in school, but you absolutely need to know if you are going to Get It Together. The tips, advice, and exercises are helpful at any age, but especially for a young

Regis Giles & Bryan Crabtree
04/03/2018 Duración: 01h59minRegis Giles, the creator of Girls-Just-Wanna-Have-Guns.com, is back. This time with her new book How to not be a #MeToo Victim, but a #WarriorChick. No one, unless they've been in the same situation, can ever really understand the stress and self-doubt one goes through when sexual harassment occurs. Regis Giles' new book will teach you how to escape the world of #MeToo victim and become the "WarriorChick you were meant to be! Okay, so the only police officers Democrats and the liberal media seem to like are the showboats and incompetents of Broward County Florida. Bryan Crabtree, the Publisher of Talk40.com, as well as a contributor to Townhall.com, TheHill.com, Lifezette.com, ClashDaily.com, and DailyCaller.com, will stop by to discuss it. Don't forget about the Edwards Notebook and the Veteran's Tip of the Day! All of this and more as time allows. Listen live, join the chatroom, be a part of the show.

Gun Control Does Not Equal School Safety
01/03/2018 Duración: 02h03minIn the name of school safety, the left wants to take guns away from people who had nothing to do with shooting-up a school. The right wants to arm more people and train them to be more tactical. The problem is that there is very little conversation going on, just a lot of arguing and virtue signaling. Let's start at the simplest part of this discussion, gun control and school safety are two different topics and while gun restrictions might be considered a part of a safety plan if you focus on guns alone then you're never going to get to a solution for really making schools safer. I'll also have the Edwards Notebook and the Veteran's Tip of the Day! All of this and more as time allows. Listen live, join the chatroom, be a part of the show

How Do You Define "Town Hall" Meeting?
25/02/2018 Duración: 02h03minOn Saturday, House Democrats released a heavily redacted version of the memo that was created to counter Republican claims that top FBI and DOJ officials abused the FISA program to spy on a member of the Trump campaign. About a year ago we were talking about "Mack" Beggs winning the UIL state wrestling title. Beggs won again this year and still doesn't understand why people are upset about it. The Seattle Times jumped at a "news" tip: there was a Confederate flag flying beneath the American flag in the city's Greenwood neighborhood, and residents were very concerned. Only, it turns out, it wasn't the Confederate flag at all. I'll talk about it today in the "Culture War" segment. First, Colton Haab, a student in the ROTC program at Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, claimed that CNN's town hall event on the school shooting was scripted and that they censored him from asking questions that he had and, instead, insisted that he ask the questions that they gave him. CNN denied it. Then, Andrew K

Dr. John S. Baker Jr. and Dan Perkins
22/02/2018 Duración: 02h07minDr. John S. Baker Jr. is a member of The Federalist Society, President and Chairman of The Foundation For Self Government, and Professor Emeritus at the Louisiana State University Law Center. He is also the author of How To Get Illegals To Go Home and he will stop in to discuss the book and his thoughts on illegal immigration. "The key to a long life of mental acuity depends, in part, on how secure a person feels about getting older in the first place. New research published Feb. 7th, 2018 in the Public Library of Science supports the idea that cultural constructs around how people perceive age contribute to the development of dementia. People who associate old age with uselessness or senility are more likely to develop dementia than people who associate it with positive attributes, such as wisdom and respect. Dan Perkins, contributor to DailyCaller.com, Lifezette.com, ClashDaily.com, DailySurge.com, and TheHill.com., drops by to discuss that and his book Why Can't Grammy Remember Me?. And don't forget about

Has Mitt Romney Learned Anything?
18/02/2018 Duración: 02h03minMitt Romney has decided to run for the U.S. Senate for the state of ... Utah? Romney kicked off his campaign with a video replete with political platitudes and bizarre references to “our state” and “our can-do pioneering spirit” despite Romney’s having lived virtually the entirety of his life outside the state in places like Michigan and Massachusetts. The newest MCU movie Black Panther has somehow become a lightning rod for SJWs so ... okay, let's talk a little about that. Dr. Paul Nathanson is scheduled to return to continue our conversation about the # MeToo movement. And of course, there is a lot of fall out from the Florida school shooting meaning that there is a lot to talk about.

There Are New Portraits of the Obamas
15/02/2018 Duración: 02h03minThis week saw the unveiling of the official presidential portraits of the Obamas. And oh boy, were they something. The Department of Education has decided that Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, not gender identity. The Trump administration will not be bullying schools into letting boys into the girl's bathrooms, locker rooms, etc. like the Obama administration did. FBI Director James Comey held a secret Oval Office meeting with President Barack Obama two weeks before Trump’s inauguration and may have deliberately misled Congress about it. Jose Inez Garcia Zarate is accused of being an ex-felon in possession of a gun and being an undocumented person in possession of a gun at the time of the shooting of Kate Steinle on July 1, 2015. He was acquitted of Kate Steinle's murder but still faces a judge. All of this and more as time allows. Listen live, join the chatroom, be a part of the show.

The U.S. Ranked Where On The Human Freedom Index?
11/02/2018 Duración: 02h01minThe latest freedom rankings from the Fraser and CATO Institutes are out. Guess where the U.S. got ranked. Superior Court Judge David Lampe denied the State of California’s request for a preliminary injunction that sought to force bakeshop owner Cathy Miller to design a wedding cake for a gay couple. A teacher at a government-funded pre-apprenticeship academy in Bristol, England, has been given the pink slip for telling a lesbian student "God loves you." Student activists and community members helped to get a production of "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" canceled at an Ithaca, New York high school after a white student was cast in a lead role. Memo Day Has Come. Now What?
04/02/2018 Duración: 02h03minAccording to authorities, Amtrak 91 collided with the freight train just outside of the state's capital of Columbia around 2:35 a.m. EST, sending 70 of its 140 passengers to area hospitals. The incident marks Amtrak's third fatal crash in less than 50 days. The man who sold ammunition to Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock was arrested on Friday on charges of manufacturing and selling armor-piercing bullets without having the proper licensing, in violation of federal law. Gabrielle Bosché, President and CEO of The Millennial Solution, she will join me to discuss millennials and capitalism. It seems, while budget negotiations are going smoothly, immigration negotiations aren't seeing the same success. And Dick Durbin's interview seems to indicate an unconditional surrender on the issue. For liberty-loving people, Memo Day was both a sad day and a victorious day. Sad because our deepest fears have been confirmed; our government (formed to protect the rights of the people) has been weaponized for political purposes

Trump's First State of the Union
01/02/2018 Duración: 02h07minPresident Trump gave his first official State of the Union address last night and there were few if any surprises. Still, there is a lot worth talking about. Today in the first hour, I'll be joined by Melanie Morgan, national spokeswoman and co-founder of MediaEqualizer.com, to discuss the media coverage of and the Democratic response to the SOTU address. At the top of the second hour, I'll be joined by Brian Bosché, Chief Operating Officer at The Millennial Solution, to discuss the Millennial reaction to the SOTU address. Millennials are making up a larger percentage of the voting block moving into the next two election cycles so there is good reason to watch for trends and shifts in millennial political thinking.

Is California Engaging In A "Soft" Secession
28/01/2018 Duración: 02h05minThe Trump administration has indicated that it has no problems with allowing states to impose work requirements in Medicaid, a major policy shift in the health program for low-income people. Federal officials said they would support state efforts to require able-bodied adults to engage in work or other "community engagement activities" as a condition of eligibility for Medicaid. Meanwhile, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced that New York will continue to provide some illegal immigrant Dreamers with access to government-run Medicaid insurance no matter what happens in Washington. State taxpayers will bear all costs for the coverage because federal law prohibits federal taxpayers from paying for illegal immigrants. The state also assured Dreamers their information won't be shared with federal immigration authorities. Dr. Myles Schneider, author of Restoring "Health" To Healthcare, will join me to discuss both of these developments. During the last 2 decades, journalists and ideologues exploited media

A Look Back at 2017 and A Look Ahead at 2018
25/01/2018 Duración: 01h54minIt has become an annual tradition at "Tapp" into the Truth to have a panel discussion about the past year and make predictions about the coming year. With the start that 2018 has had already, this show promises to be best "Look Back; Look Ahead" show yet. The line-up of panelists is a great one. In the first hour, I'll be joined by Josh Bernstein, Rod Eccles, Annie Ubelis, and Kel Fritzi. In the second hour, I'm scheduled to be joined by Ken McClenton, The Underground Professor, Ron Edwards, and Ken Crow. I can't tell you what they will say, but I can promise it'll be entertaining.

The Federal Government Is Shut-Down (Again) ... So What?
21/01/2018 Duración: 02h06minSo the Democrats have decided that DACA, without "the wall", is worth shutting the federal government down. I say, "Great!". In my mind, this gives the Trump administration the chance to do something that previous administrations never thought to do, honestly evaluate the value of each government job that will be affected by the shut-down. California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said that the "sanctuary state" will prosecute any private business that helps federal immigration authorities as they seek to enforce immigration laws. Becerra’s threat comes as fears continue to mount among Democratic leaders in California that federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are planning massive raids throughout the state. In the second hour, I'll be joined by John Lofgren, author of Atlas Shouts: A Modern Patriot Calls for Action, and we'll discuss progress within the Convention of the States movement. Don't forget about the Edwards Notebook and the Veteran's Tip of the Day! All of this and more as ti

The Remembrance Project and The President's Exam
18/01/2018 Duración: 02h03minMaria Espinoza is the National Director of The Remembrance Project, which honors and remembers Americans and legal residents who have been killed by illegal aliens. Maria will be joining me in the first hour and we will be discussing the latest on DACA and The Remembrance Project. The Anti-Trump forces have been trying every excuse they can think of to remove Donald Trump from the White House. One such effort is to question Trump's health, both physical and mental. I was joined by Ken Crow to discuss it and Ken brought us some breaking news he had insider info on. So You have a chance to hear it first here. Ron Edwards will be joining me for our "Sunday Afternoon Conversation". This week we will talk about DACA, Oprah 2020, and other topics as time allows. Abedin Backed Up Clinton E-mails Where?
11/01/2018 Duración: 02h02minHuma Abedin, Hillary Clinton's top aide, backed up many of her work-related emails to Anthony Weiner's laptop after Clinton left the State Department in early 2013, the Daily Mail writes after an examination of her emails. But Abedin told the FBI that she "lost most of her old emails as a result of the transition" from the State Department. U.S. District Judge William Alsup, an appointee of President Bill Clinton, ruled that DACA must stay intact while litigation is played out. The Iran protests are almost two weeks old. What began on Dec. 28 as a demonstration against rising food prices escalated quickly into a protest that has shaken the core of the regime. The late Ayatollah Khomeini, who led the Islamic Revolution in 1979, famously quipped that “This revolution was not about the price of watermelons,” but his successors may soon learn that the next one could be. I’ll discuss six things that the AEI think you should know about the Iran protests. All this and more as time allows. Listen live, join the chatr

Who's Button Is Bigger?
04/01/2018 Duración: 01h38minIn his New Year's address, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un boasted that he has “a nuclear button always on my desk," warning that the entire American mainland is within range of his country’s missiles. President Trump, not one to take such words lightly, responded on Twitter. Then predictably the American media losses it's collective mind. In Germany, any internet platform with more than 2 million users must implement a system for reporting and scrubbing potentially illicit content, including "threats of violence and slander." or it will be fined. The California Endowment, one of the largest health foundations in the United States, is helping Black Lives Matter amplify its anti-police sentiment by donating a full-page newspaper ad to the group’s Sacramento chapter.
